Today’s workout is a tough one. Just like Blaine E. whose birthday we are celebrating! Blaine turns 64 on Sunday, July 24th and he’s been setting PRs left, right, and center these days by running 5kms weekly (pain-free) and challenging himself to do new things (like climbing 15’ ropes!).
