4 Rounds: 15 Wallballs, 10 Push-ups, 500/400m Echo Bike
400m Run (Or 500/400m Row)

400m Run (Or 500/400m Row)
2 Rounds: 15 Wallballs, 10 Push-ups, 500/400m Echo Bike
400m Run (Or 500/400m Row)
1 Round: 15 Wallballs, 10 Push-ups, 500/400m Echo Bike

Stimulus

A long workout with many reps (15 total rounds of WB, PU, biking) and 3 rounds of running. Each round should be completed in roughly 3-3.5 minutes, runs will take an additional 2-3 minutes each
