Stimulus
1) Start at 50% and build to a heavy set of 3 based on how things are feeling, resting as needed
2) Every round starts with calories on the bike, athlete has the remaining time in each round to complete as many of the prescribed reps of the snatch as possible. You will always start with 12 DB Snatches at your selected weight, if you get through them then you will chip away at 24, if you get through them then chip away at 36
