Stimulus
1) Build to your 82% C&J and stay at this weight for one rep every minute for 4 sets.
2) The legs will be burning in this one so find breaks where you can. Run can be subbed for 500/450m on the rower or 25/20 Cals on the bike. The Run will take roughly 2 min, as well as the devils press if done at a consistent pace.
