Stimulus

1) Choose a weight where you can do 20 unbroken alternating DB Power Snatches, three times. Pause overhead, quick cycle off of the ground, keep hips low to save your back

2) Buy in of a 2000m Run or 6000/5000m Bike, then do a total of 70 power cleans and 70 BF burpees in whichever partitioned manner that you like. Example: 10 rounds of 7 + 7. 25 Minute Cap
