Move

1) Build to a technical set of 4 Front Squats

2) 5 Rounds
1 Minute: Wall Balls
1 Minute: Bike Cals
1 Minute: Wall Walks

Train

1) Max reps of Front Squats at 85%

2) Switching Gears

On the Minute x 15 (5 Rounds)
1 Minute: Wall Balls (20/14)
1 Minute: Bike Cals
1 Minute: Handstand Walk for distance (1 rep = 10ft)

Stimulus

1) Build to technical max set at 85%, aiming for roughly 4 reps.

2) Score the total number of reps. This is a good workout to practice being on your hands. Utilize the last minute to work on a challenging upside down movement (Handstand hold, shoulder taps, walk to wall).
