Move

Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
Run 90s (do a warm-up round and set a cone)
Burpee for 90s (test in warm-up round)
Sit-ups for 60s
Rest 1 Minute

“Belly Of The Beast”

Every 5 Minutes x 5 Rounds:
400m Run
21 Burpees
12 Strict Sit-ups

*Score is slowest round

Stimulus

Goal is to complete the work as fast as possible and get as much rest as possible (not maintainable). You will slow down across the rounds but that’s okay :)
