Workout of the day

1) Deadlift: Build to a heavy single for the day

Move

30 Minute AMRAP:
15 Wallballs (Or DB Thrusters)
10 Abmat Sit-ups
10 Shuttle Runs
1 Minute Rest

2) “Hidden Valley”

3 Rounds For Time:
50 Wallballs @ 20/14
25 Toes-To-Bar
500m Medball Run (30 gym lengths)

Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds

Stimulus

1) Warm up following a 5-4-3-2-1-1-1… and build to a heavy single for the day. If you know roughly where you’ll end up, reverse calculate your warm-up sets with a maximum of 5% increases in the last few sets

2) This will be a tough workout to get through within the time cap of 30 minutes. Treat it as an AMRAP and see how far you can get :)
