Workout of the day

10 Rounds For Time:
400m Run (Or 2 Minutes on any machine)
12 Jumping Alternating Lunges
12 Sit-ups

Stimulus

Map out a distance where you can run 200m out and back (to add up to 400m) and do do jumping alternating lunges or reverse lunges followed by sit-ups. The gym is closed today for the SK Winter Games Trials (Youth-aged Weightlifting), please come in and support our local lifters!
