Breaking up our weekly run program with a blend of intervals and strength work. Select a weight that you can move the sled in 25’ sections without stopping (walking speed, keep heels up for the sled push), KBS in 1-2 sets, and ring rows in 1-2 sets. Each round can take as long as 20 minutes
