1) Mobility - Coach’s Choice

2) “GOAT Day”

Select 4 skills from the following and practice them in an alternating EMOM x 24:

  • Double-Unders/Crossovers

  • Kipping Pull-ups/Chest-to-bars/Muscle-ups

  • Wall Walks/Handstand Holds/Handstand Walks/Handstand Push-ups

  • Overhead Squats/Snatch Balances/Jerks/Snatches

2) Looking to improve our skills today. Don’t work up a sweat as you are attempting to improve the quality of your reps instead of counting reps. Keep barbell light or use a PVC/light band for OHS
