Every 6-8 Minutes Run 1.1km x 5-9 Rounds

*maximum of 72 minutes of running

2) If you know your 5km average pace, add 1.5-2 mins to that pace and maintain that for your rounds today. The range of time spent resting and number of rounds is dependent on how often you’ve been running as of late. We are four weeks away from the Step Up For Mental Health Run and so factor in the distance you are training for when deciding your workout for the day
