30 Minute AMRAP For Quality:
16 (8/side) Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats
14 V-ups
12 Box Dips

Focus on quality and break up sets as needed. Split squats can be weighted with dumbbells down by the sides or in the front rack but does not have to be heavy. V-ups can be GHD sit-ups if you’re familiar with them. Box Dips can be parallel bar or ring dips. Bent-over rows should be light enough that you can do them unbroken and you feel the middle traps and rhomboids working instead of biceps and upper traps
