Stimulus
1) The Open is right around the corner and so we are going to incorporate skills into our warm-up. Select a rep scheme and time that allows you to get some quality reps in. Examples:
EMOM x 10: 1 HSPU
or
E2MOM x 5: 5 Wall Walks
2) Try to hang on to the dumbbells for unbroken sets, select a weight that is challenging but you can still get through sets of 10. Row will be a recovery for the step-overs
