Stimulus

Practice variations of rope climbs or reduce height. Should be able to do sets of 10 push-ups unbroken, scale accordingly. If you are in between elevated push-ups and floor push-ups, choose floor push-ups and do them in smaller sets with less volume. Practice virtuosity in movement today as push-ups and air squats tend to be rushed
