1) Lower Body Mobility

2) Alternating EMOM x 20:

  • Medicine Ball Rotations

  • GHD Hip Extensions

  • Supine Banded Marches

  • Curtsy Lunges

3) 5 x 800m Run + 300m Walk

  • working on negative splits, walk as slow as you want :)
