800 Run, Rest 1/2 time

Repeat as time allows

Stimulus

If it takes you 5 minutes to complete 800m, rest 2.5 minutes before repeating. Goal will be your race pace (ie if you are training for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, run at the goal pace).
