Treat this as a 30 minute conditioning workout. Keep a steady pace throughout and aim for max total reps across the 10 rounds for both toes-to-bar and calories on the rower. Give yourself a few seconds to transition (at least 10s) to the start of the next round, reduce distance on the run as needed in order to have a minimum of 30s to work on TTB and the rower
