1) Coach’s Choice of Mobility Video

2) “Open WOD 22.1”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 Wall Walks
12 Dumbbell Snatches @ 50/35
15 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

Stimulus

2) Reduce the distance to the wall for walk walks, decrease weights and height of box to allow for continuous movement for 15 minutes. If you are able to perform the movements RX’d, you can also focus on getting as far as you can with lots of breaks, practicing the movements
