Every 3 Minutes x 10 Rounds:

1200m Echo Bike
Max Distance Farmer’s Carry @ 50/35 Dumbbells

Stimulus

Choose your own adventure - work hard or take it easy on the bike (1:45-2:15) and then walk around the gym holding onto a pair of dumbbells. Maintain posture and walk slowly, making your way back to the bike at the end of each carry.
