Workout of the day

30 Minute AMRAP:
Max Echo Bike Calories

Every 3 Minutes (starting at 0:00):
5 Box Jumps @ 30/24 (Or Jumping Air Squats)
10 Burpees to 6” Target (Or Stationary Burpees)
15 Abmat Sit-ups (Or 30s Plank)

Stimulus

Choose your own adventure: work hard to get through the box jumps, burpees, and sit-ups (1.5-2 mins) and then push the bike pace or make it all feel like a nice and comfortable AMRAP.
