Stimulus

Start with 30 TTB, bike, 20 TTB, bike, 10 TTB, bike, then finish with 3 rope climbs, bike, 2 rope climbs, bike, 1 rope climb, bike. Goal is to attempt large sets of TTB and push to finish strong on the 10s, as well as minimal rest between rope climbs (recover on bike)
