Thu Jan 4 "Team Raisins"

Today’s partner workout is dedicated to Mark H. on behalf of Cheryl and Jill! Mark recently hit the big 7-0 and today we get to celebrate with a friend by alternating rounds and then splitting burpees however (Mark’s partner will likely do the lion’s share of the 70 burpees). Happy belated birthday, Mark! Enjoy your raisin-filled baked goods!

Train

“Team Raisins”

With a partner, alternating rounds:

10 Rounds (total):
7 Cal Echo Bike
7 Dumbbell Bench Press @ 50/35
7 Ring Rows (or Strict Pull-ups)
7 Dumbbell Front Squats

THEN: 70 Burpee Cash-out (shared)

Stimulus

Get through each round as quickly as possible and tag your partner so they can complete a round. The workout is 5 rounds for each person. Once all 10 rounds are completed, perform 70 burpees together (working at the same time) with the workload split up however you want
