This workout is dedicated to our local “Bird of Pray” Mr. Blaine Eagle!
Blaine has been “Mr. Consistency” in attendance, both in the physical sense and in coming prepared to do some hard work. Today we get to celebrate a workout comprised of movements that Blaine once disliked. While he doesn’t “love” them now, he’s slightly less unhappy when he sees them programmed. Thanks for showing up every day and for doing all of the uncomfortable things!
