Today’s workout is brought to you by Valarie A. in honor of Virtual Member Rosalie B.’s 70th birthday!
“She has been a member of Virtual since we started (before the pandemic, she came to my garage once a week). For the first few months of virtual she didn't have a camera or audio, so she could view/hear me but had to text me any questions and such. She made it work. To this day she still works out in her living room with a few sets of dumbbells, some resistance bands and a great attitude. In 2022 she came to 219 classes - that was 4th highest attendance in the gym as a whole. Her dedication to doing what she can with what she has and showing up for herself is an inspiration!”
