3 Minutes Rope Climbs
2 Minutes Calorie Bike
1 Minute Deadlifts @ 70% of 1RM
Stimulus
Rope climbs can be completed at lower heights (tape marks are at 9’ and 12’), select a height that allows for at least one attempt per minute. Calorie bike can be at a low intensity for a recovery day and deadlifts in small sets as needed
