50-40-30-20-10:

Abmat Sit-ups
Front Rack Reverse Lunges @ 50/35

*After Each Round, do:
20 Superman-To-Hollow Rolls

Stimulus

Chip away at sit-ups and lunges with minimal breaks (pause at the top of each rep to breathe and relax) then after each round of lunges, perform up to 20 (max two minutes) of hollow to superman holds (total of 100 in the workout)
