8 Lunges
8 Calorie Bike
1 Minute Rest

8 Box Jumps
8 Air Squats
8 Calorie Bike

Stimulus

All bodyweight today as we try to keep a steady pace. If it’s active recovery day, pause at the top of each rep to ensure we are not getting too far into each AMRAP. If it’s a hard work day, grab a pair of dumbbells for the lunges and squats.
