20 Double Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 24/16
100 Meter Double Kettlebell Front Rack Carry

*Can use DBs instead of KB for swings

*Can hug a medicine or D-ball for carry

Stimulus

Looking to keep it steady throughout the runs and focus on breathing while bracing for remaining movements. Reduce distance on run if you are just starting out with running this year, great workout to practice running mechanics
