Today is Emma DeWaal’s 6th month anniversary WOD! Emma tried a workout out in February and committed to join on May 10th. Since then she’s found tremendous success in learning new skills and in pushing through so many physical and mental boundaries. Thank you for your support Emma, we hope you enjoy your workout!
Stimulus
If you have been testing your 1RM all week, take this as an active recovery workout and have slow transitions with a pause at the top of each rep. Keep heartrate low throughout. Deadlifts should be unbroken, no greater than 50% of your 1RM
