Today we celebrate an early birthday for our Gymnastics & Weightlifting-loving Coach, Mandy Molder! Join us as we do a skill-filled workout at a relaxed pace. Option to do it with a friend to take snack and social breaks with! Happy early birthday, Mandy, we hope you have a great birthday week!

Stimulus

Challenge yourself to developing your gymnastics skills today as there is no rush to get the work done. Have up to three different pulling movements or perform 6 reps of the same movement, broken up as needed. Hang snatches can be power or squat and at a challenging weight but that can still be done unbroken. Handstand walks can be wall-walks, HS Holds, Inchworms, or Bear Crawls
