Workout of the day

Alternating EMOM x 6 Rounds:
Minute 1: Max Reps 25’ Shuttle Runs
Minute 2: Max Reps Rope Climbs
Minute 3: Max Reps Burpees
Minute 4: Rest

Stimulus

Choose your own adventure! Take it slow and practice transitions in the runs, footholds in the rope climbs, and pacing on the burpees. Or, work hard and see what you can maintain for each round. Rope climbs can be done in the gymnastics area if you are looking to climb higher than ever before. Sub shuttle runs with sled pushes/walks
