There are a total of 3 x 5 Min AMRAPs here. Each AMRAP will start with a buy-in calorie row of 50/35 and with the time remaining in the 5 minutes, complete as many rounds of skipping and front squats as possible. Select a progression of skipping (singles, alternating doubles with singles) and weight of front squats (or dumbbell front squats) that allows for near unbroken sets. There isn’t much time to work considering the buy-in so be quick on the rower and hang on for the AMRAP since you get a 5 minute rest
