7 Box Jumps @ 24/20

Stimulus

Select a weight that allows for the barbell movements to be done unbroken and a height of box jumps that allows for a steady pace. Your feet will likely get pretty tired as there is a lot of “jumping” in these movements so be sure to take the time and relax your feet where you can; focusing on hip and knee extension instead of rolling to and pushing through the toes/ball of foot
