Today we celebrate “The Old Man” Mark H.’s retirement! He’s actually the oldest of the old men in our community and after many, many, many many years of service, he’s hanging up the work van keys and buying up all of the golf shoes. Congratulations on making it, Mark!

20 Minute AMRAP with a partner (or two):

Buy-in: 69 Calorie Bike (sharing calories)

THEN Alternating Rounds In Time Remaining:
6 Dumbbell Deadlifts @ 50/35
50’ Dumbbell Farmers Carry
6 Dumbbell Bench Press

Stimulus

Options to do this solo, with a partner, or a small group. Select an option that determines how hard you want to work today, ie if it’s your third or fourth day this week then share the workload with people. Select weights of dumbbells that allows you to do all of the movements unbroken. Must use the same dumbbells for all three movements
