Then … one partner completes the following; once partner 1 is done, the next partner starts …
30 D-Ball Front Squats (60/40)
30’ D-Ball OH Lunge
30 D-Ball Front Squats
30’ D-Ball OH Lunge
Then …
1000m Run (together)

Stimulus

Option 1 (RX): Perform the run together. Once both partners are done the run, Partner 1 can complete the 2 rounds of squats and lunges. Partner 2 will start once partner 1 is finished. Once partner 2 is finished, both can head out to finish the last run.

Option 2 (Scaled): Break up the Front Squats and Lunges however needed and perform the run together. Bike can be subbed for 60/55 Cal Bike. B-Ball can be subbed for DB and stay in front rack for all movements.
