Workout of the day

“Barbara”

5 Rounds For Time:
20 Pull-ups (or jumping pull-ups)
30 Push-ups (banded or elevated)
40 AbMat Sit-ups
50 Air Squats (or half as lunges)

3 Minute Rest Between Rounds

Stimulus

There is a 45 minute cap and with the 12 minutes of rest, that leaves 33 minutes for work. That works out to 6.5 minute rounds at a maximum. Do not underestimate these movements just because they are not weighted, move well and move through a range of motion that stretches you and loads the correct tissues
