Workout of the day

1) Bench Press: build to heavy set of 3
THEN: do 1x3 @ 90%, 1x3 @ 80%

Move
20 Minute AMRAP:
30 Skips / 10 Russian KBS
10 Goblet Lunges
30 Skips/ 10 Russian KBS
10 Push-ups
30 Skips / 10 Russian KBS
10 Goblet Squats

2) “All Hands On Deck”
20 Minute AMRAP:
30 Double-Unders
30 Dbl Dumbbell Lunges @ 50/35
30 Double-Unders
20 Kipping HSPU
30 Double-Unders
10 Dbl Dumbbell OH Lunges

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 3 in bench press then do back-off sets based on your heavy set of 3

2) Keep moving in this workout, do small sets on push-ups if needed and single-arm OH lunges (5/side) if unable to hold two dumbbells overhead
