“The Parent Trap”

On the 0:00:
45 Front Squats @ 135/95, Every Minute do 7 Bar-Facing Burpees

On the 10:00:
2000m Row

On the 20:00:
45 Burpee Box Jump Overs @ 24/20, Every Minute do 7 Toes-To-Bar

Stimulus

Front Squats can be subbed with DB Front Squats, BF burpees with top-end burpees. Goal is to do large sets of squats each time, resting a few seconds before the 7 burpees at the top of each minute. The faster you work, the more rest you get before the 2000m Row.

For the row, you are looking to maintain a steady pace throughout. This will not be a PR row, instead add about 5s to your 500m pace.

BBJO can be Burpee Step-ups, Toes-To-Bar can be sit-ups. Goal is to do large sets of burpees and take a break before doing the TTB or sit-ups at the top of each minute.
