2) “Moving Target”

600m Echo Bike
30 Double-Unders
10 Burpees to 6” Target

Details

1) Dumbbells held by your side, aiming to modify weights and movements to finish in under 10 minutes

2) Bike will take 1-1:15, DUs in 30-45s, Burpees in 45s-1:00. Try to keep moving and finish in under 30 minutes.
