Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy technical single for the day OR follow prescribed reps and percentages if you know your 1RM

2) Meant to be a quick workout (10 minute cap), select a weight and movement progression that allows for large sets to be completed. Come out hot and hope to maintain :)
