2) “DomiNATE”

20 Minute AMRAP:
2 Ring Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks @ 70/50

Stimulus

1) Build to 88% of your 1RM and then do 1 rep every 3 minutes

2) Modify this workout to allow for one round per minute (expect this to slow down a bit) by reducing volume of more challenging movements. A good strategy would be to use the clock and structure your rest between movements or keep it simple and follow an EMOM
