Workout of the day

1) Bench Press - build to heavy set of 5

2) 5000m Bike For Time

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy set of 5 bench press (share as needed, set the hooks up for the shortest person) or strict overhead presses.

2) 5000m Echo Bike For Time: looking to be consistent from start to finish. Settle in at a low intensity rather than going hard and slowing down.
