Repeat workout from June 19, 2021. Each AMRAP starts with a run and ends with as many reps as possible in the time remaining of the assigned movement. Work hard (85%) as 3 minutes will not be enough time to recover from a sprint. The runs should completed with 1-2 minutes remaining to perform the barbell movement
