Move

1) Power Clean + Push Press:
Build to a technical double: 2 (1 + 1)

2) 10 Rounds:

200m Run
8 Dumbbell Deadlifts
6 Dumbbell Push Presses

Workout of the day

1) Clean & Jerks For Time:
10-8-6-4-2 @ 55-63-72-80-88%

2) “Here And There”

For Time:
800-600-400m Run
40-30-20 Deadlifts @ 135/95
20-15-10 Handstand Push-ups

Stimulus

1) Using 1 barbell and changing weights, get through the 30 reps as quickly as possible. Reps do not have to be touch-and-go, can be power or squat cleans, push or split jerks

2) Ideally this is a 15 minute workout (or less), modify distances and reps to allow for this. First round is almost half of the total volume so should take roughly 7 minutes to complete
