Workout of the day

1) Squat Clean: Build to a heavy single for the day

Move

Every 2.5 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
10 DB Hang Power Cleans
30 Single Skips
600/500m Echo Bike
*modify to get at least 30s of rest

2) “On Repeat”

Every 2.5 Minutes x 10 Rounds:
10 Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95
30 Double-Unders
600/500m Echo Bike

Stimulus

1) Build to a heavy squat clean for the day. If you are not comfortable with the squat clean, build to a heavy technical hang power or squat clean

2) Select a weight for HPC to keep them unbroken, skipping should be complete in under 45s, bike around 1 minute. Leave enough time to get ready for the next round OR go slow enough and use the whole clock to maintain sharp movements and breath
