7 Ring Rows
7 Push-ups
7 Abmat Sit-ups

1) Front Squats: Every 2.5 Minutes x 6 Rounds:
5 @ 75%, 3 @ 78%, 1 @ 80%, 5 @ 78%, 3 @ 80%, 1 @ 83%

2) “Seventh Wonder”

7 Rounds For Time:
7 Double DB Front Squats @ 50/35
7 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups
7 Double DB Push Presses
7 Toes-To-Bar

Stimulus

1) Front Squat waves. These shouldn’t feel hard, modify % to maintain reps prescribed

2) Movements should be selected to be as close to unbroken as possible for all seven rounds. Cap of 21 minutes
