Stimulus
1) Build to a technical weight (up to 80% of 1RM PS) and stay there for up to five sets. Focus is on extension and then pulling under the bar, into a strong receiving position. Substitute with hang power cleans
2) Mean to be very fast, select weights that you can do unbroken or in quick singles. No time to rest here, just go :)
