Stimulus

1) Priority today is to increase the loads to as close to listed percentages as possible with the potential for decrease reps or sets as needed

2) Push the pace wherever possible and hang on. Farmers walks are very challenging at this distance and weight, choose a lighter set of dumbbells in order to complete them unbroken. Aiming for 5-6 minutes per round
