2) 15 Minute AMRAP:

12 Dumbbell Push Presses
20 Box Step-ups (Or Jumps)
1 Minute Rest

Train

1) Strict Press: Start @ 80% then build in 5 x 3

2) “Betty”

5 Rounds For Time:
12 Push Presses @ 135/95
20 Box Jumps @ 24/20

Stimulus

1) Build to 80% of your 1RM then do 5 sets of 3 reps while continuing to build

2) Break push presses up early on if needed, each round should not take longer than 3 minutes. Step down on box jumps. 15 minute cap
